They advertise being open at 10:30am but they regularly aren't ready to open until 11:00 or later. Sometimes they unlock the doors but the food isn't ready and you still have to wait until 11:00 or so. Other than that the employees are professional and friendly. I just wish they open on time ready to go... as advertised.

I have debated writing a review, but since this seems to be a continuous problem, I figured I would leave a review to make others aware before wasting a trip. T... read more I have debated writing a review, but since this seems to be a continuous problem, I figured I would leave a review to make others aware before wasting a trip. This location (it's not a corporate problem, it's this location) NEVER seems to have anything cooked, EVER!!! Especially white rice and orange chicken. I understand the location MAY be understaffed, but even if you're under staffed, the employees you do have, need to do their job which includes cooking food. The last 4 times (yes, 4 times) my family and I have been here, they have not had either/or orange chicken, white rice cooked for orders. This location needs to shut down until they can get the help they need or correct whatever the issue is at this location with never having what the customers want. If I decide to give them anymore chances and they don't have any food cooked or limited food option again, I plan to call corporate and see if there can be any changes made at this location!

I ordered the egg roll and grilled teriyaki chicken bowl with rice, before leaving the drive through I asked was my sauce in the bag and she said yes. when I got home my food was cold the rice was hard, the chicken was dry and there was no teriyaki sauce on my chicken or in the bag. Instead I got sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce that is not what I wanted. I will think twice before going again, my food is not good.
