My niece treated me to hibachi at this restaurant. I have passed by this place many times and if I had known that the food would taste so good, I would have come earlier. I had the chicken and shrimp meal with fried rice and vegetables. It also came with a salad and a delicious sauce called Yam-Yum that I had never tried before. The food was delicious, but I was disappointed by the small portions for the price of about $20 per plate. There was an excessive amount of rice, but not enough meat. The prices were not listed on the website. View all feedback.
Four rolls and two chicken hibachis somehow came to 110 dollars. The portions are small for what they charge. Prices are not listed online except from a menu 10 months ago that is completely wrong. About 12 pieces of small chicken was 16 dollars each then they charge 7 dollars extra for the fried rice in the container so 23 for a small portion. Normally this same order wherever I go is about 70 bucks so I was blown away when I walked in to pay. Food was alright but definitely not the best sushi I honestly wouldn’t recommend.
We wait for a good 5 minutes to be put on. The wait list, 3 employees walked up and didn't say anything....finally someone said write your name on the paper and wait. It was loud and stressful. We left and found a good BBQ place.
Overpriced and wrong order. I ordered Habachi steak and received Suki yaki steak. I called and spoke to woman who didn’t even apologize and-just kept saying “we have 3 types of steak.” I returned and showed the meal to her. I mentioned there are no vegetables just chopped up cabbage- she rudely took out chopsticks and picked at the cabbage and showed me 1 small zucchini with carrots. She proceeded to show me the extra charge of $10.90 for the new “ fixed” order of Habachi steak. No, I’m not paying extra for a mistake you made. I didn’t order Suki yaki steak- why should the customer pay for your mistake? Terrible customer service. I asked to speak with manager or owner but the woman said he was not there. Will never return or recommend. $49.95 for 2 meals, one being a kids meal! Ridiculous.
Terrible service. Refused to fix an order that was absolutely correct on our end. They thought our last name was part of something on sushi. They forgot part of my husbands meal and our appetizer (bang bang shrimp was literally 1. Maybe 2 shrimp cut in pieces. Will never order again. For $64 this is absolutely unacceptable and I will be sure to send all orders and any recommendations to Tokyo sushi.
The service at this restaurant was quick and attentive for my partner and me. The waitress was very attentive and the hibachi chef provided a fun experience. The food was also delicious.
