Was User at Kfc a mag?
Carl, the manager, was fantastic! He made sure that my family of seven, traveling from Florida back to Kentucky, was pleased with our meals, even during a busy time with limited staff. Today, we were remembering my father, who passed away from COVID-19 in 2020, and KFC was his favorite fast food restaurant. Carl’s exceptional service turned our quick lunch into a meaningful memory. What User dislikes about Kfc:
From chicken meat one day, not the next for some reason, although it was three hours before their closing time. Wouldn't be so bad, but super rude at the same time. I understand that this is a difficult time for the service industry, but friendliness goes far. View all feedback.

So I was here six days ago, they were crazy busy, but still managed to get food out. They were very respectful. I feel bad for the one lady waiting for a door order. She was rude, but they could remain very respectful to her. Keep the guys working and go on thong doing great!

Drink was over carbonated and their soda machine was definitely out of syup. The drink was an awful mixture. Also, they put ice in the drink even when asked not too. Famous Bowl was my go-to option. Now, they reduced the amount of chicken and mashed potatoes. Do not go here.

It was decent. I had to wait a little while before someone came to take my order. The food was good and matched exactly what I requested.

I waited a half a hour for a medium-sized meal with a drink; while I waited for my food and drink cups, three couples and four solo-diners recieved their drink cups promptly after ordering and got their food before me. I saw kitchen staff scratching their ankles with gloves on then handling food. I will not be returning this KFC, if I go to any KFC again.

I've been going to this place at least once a week but after today not anymore. Stale chicken, overly greasy food, overcharged, nasty attitude from (Mel (that's what the receipt says. since she didn't want to give her name nor she had a name tag she is very mean and nasty to her co workers and customers. I will not come back and do not recommend. The food was horrible. Once we tried to explain the issues she got more defensive and confrontational. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I feel bad for the owners since they left someone in charge that should be fired.
