However, their restrooms are closed for "cleaning," which is why I only give them 4 stars. I believe there's no good reason related to COVID for not maintaining regular cleaning and keeping the restrooms open for customers. That said, everything else is always great, so I continue to get my coffee here. They provide fast service and manage to keep up with the rush.

I and my friend go over daily (she recommended me a raspberry matcha latte that was good! , I usually do not have too many problems here, but the staff is switched off, so some new employees can get the order wrong. However, I met many friendly faces there.

When she told me she had been the only one walking around the entire restaurant all day, I was impressed by her positive attitude and resilience. She absolutely deserves a raise and so much more in her life. I feel truly fortunate to have encountered her and to have received the encouraging words I really needed!
