Absolute gem! Chef walked us through the entire menu. He makes almost everything from scratch. Creative but approachable stuff. Had the tuna ceviche, ribs, fish of the day, and the plantains with sage ice cream. Loved everything! So affordable and delicious. We’ll be back next time in the Valle!
