After I went a couple of times on the fishing market of ensenada (highly recommended) and then geoduck muscheln googelte, I felt the idea that I really wanted t... read more After I went a couple of times on the fishing market of ensenada (highly recommended) and then geoduck muscheln googelte, I felt the idea that I really wanted to eat one of these monsters, it is an Asian delicacies from any reason, I am not sure why. I contacted la concheria. on facebook and got an immediate answer that they would be happy to prepare one for me in some way that I chose. we have picked up the phallic view of the mussels and found la concheria in its new location, until the tasting room la cetto in ensenada. they took the mussels from our hands and knew exactly what to do with him, cook par until the shell came out and then they prepared it two away, a whip and a sashimi. both preparations were great, but unfortunately these muddles are slandered and hard or at least those I have chosen. the ceviche was great, every bite that was not the clam, and the sashimi preparation was gently flavored to prevent the clam that would have been perfect if the clam had brought something on the table! so long history short, let them buy the seafood or just stay away from the geoduck’s, and enjoy all the creative possibilities that the cook can prepare! a large mix of Latin and Asian cuisine, made with a very modern presentation and served by a very friendly staff.
