I decided to try the nevado de café, which turned out to be good, although not exceptional. However, there was one catch: they served me coffee with whole milk, and unfortunately, they don't offer a dairy-free milk option. This disappointed me a little as I am lactose intolerant and tend to have difficulty with regular milk.
