What a bad thing! Order online for collection, receive an email confirmation that it can be collected at this branch and then simply stand in front of a closed door. Call yourself at the back and it turns out that you have to go to the center. How super customer unfriendly! Only to have cold pizza when you get home, and zero compensation.
