It can be challenging to find a good vegan/vegetarian restaurant in this area that isn't just the usual pasta, pizza, or risotto. We stumbled upon this place and decided to try the vegan plate. Unfortunately, the dolmades were already sold out, so we were offered extra hummus and artichokes instead. The portions were disappointingly small, even with the extras. The hummus barely covered the plate and the artichokes were tiny. We were still hungry after finishing the meal, and it was not cheap. When we mentioned the small portion size, we were offered more soup, but later realized we had been accused of complaining. Overall, the portions here are small and more like a light snack, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even helped us learn a few words in their language.

The restaurant is quite small, but very charming. I wouldn't say it's zero waste because they sell items in packaging, but the coffee they serve is incredible! They always have a variety of vegetable drinks available for their coffee or tea, such as almond, oat, and soy.

I wish there were more restaurants like this one. There is a fantastic selection of healthy foods, including plenty of vegan and organic products. The prices were quite reasonable.

Beautiful health care business with a good selection of products and a package-free area.

This is a great little spot to pick up some quality groceries and to grab a quick snack. It has a small kids’ play area which our 2 year old loved. This was a welcome relief for us parents, enabling us to relax and enjoy some hot drinks. Very friendly staff, she even gave us some free beans from her dad’s garden. Definitely drop in if you are in Ennistymon!

Nestled in an inviting yet compact setting, this restaurant offers a refreshing break from conventional vegan fare. Diners can enjoy a variety of healthy options, including organic selections and intriguing beverage choices. While the vegan plate can disappoint with its modest portions—leaving some diners craving more—the friendly and accommodating staff enhance the experience, offering helpful suggestions and even language tips. Though not strictly zero waste, the restaurant's charm and commitment to quality ingredients, coupled with delightful coffee and a welcoming atmosphere for families, make it a noteworthy stop for those seeking a unique culinary adventure in Ennistymon.
