When we arrived we walked the trail next to the hotel, such a lovely walk to have right on the doorstep! And we were greeted by the cutest donkeys in the field. We had lovely hot chocolates by the fire in the bar afterwards to warm us up. The spa treatments were so relaxing, followed by an outdoor jacuzzi where were looked out at the water stunning. Our room was large and very comfortable. The staff had helped my friends surprise me with gifts for my recent engagement and it was set up in the room for me! We got ready and went down for dinner, it was a Sunday night and very quiet, which we really enjoyed. We were blown away by the quality of the food! Delicious 3 course meal from start to finish! We had a comfortable sleep and went down for breakfast the next morning, and again were delighted with what was on offer. Beautiful fresh fruit salad, porridge, filling fry! Also a menu if we fancied anything else. My friend is gluten free and there were so many options for her too, which was very appreciated! I highly recommend The Falls, we said we will make it an annual weekend for the three of us as we were so rested and had so much fun! Very impressed

The staff are lovely and the service was excellent. Good breakfast and evening meal. Had a great sleep too.

What a wonderful hotel for our christmas break. Fabulous experience. If you are considering a treatment in the Spa, ask for Daisy.
