It was a... read more Terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend to my enemy. Really did not enjoy my time here. No staff to attend to you, waiting nearly an hour for an order. It was as if sitting on my own meant I did not matter. Their priorities are terribly skewed for such terrible food and service. I wasn’t going to write a review, but after reading the way the team respond to reviews, I felt compelled to back up the guests who gave their honest opinion. It is clear the customer does not come first. No effort to make amends and the lack of professionalism is astonishing. Disgusted by reading through their lack of empathy and professionalism, clearly not suited to working in hospitality. I’d be mortified to work here if this is how my colleagues dealt with paying customers!

The manager then brought us to the ta... read more We (two couples came here on Saturday night, it was busy so we had to sit at the bar for about 10 minutes and got a drink. The manager then brought us to the table, we were waiting for menus for a few minutes and then finally ordered we were then waiting over one hour for our food. (Two main courses of which were just chicken wraps! Yes i understand that places can be busy but two tables that came in about 15 minutes after us received their starters main courses AND desserts before we even received our main courses. We said it to one of the waiting staff and she threw her eyes up, utter rudeness. We finally received our main courses but no apology or anything. We asked for the bill and a different waiter came down who was not serving us throughout the nearly 2 hours we were there. I mentioned we were waiting over an hour, he went away to his manager Therese and she did not even come up and apologise, he then said the bill is the bill. As i said i get that places are busy its hospitality BUT when the other tables got served before us, it hits hard. Also there were empty tables around so the kitchen could not have been that busy! Would not recommend at all, no satisfaction and rude staff.

Me and a few others were having quite a bad day and we're playing cards and a staff member came over and started doing magic tricks for us. definately put a smile on my face which was appreciated. The food is reliably good and the atmosphere is lovely. Morern but cozy and pretty.
