Terrible service, it takes almost 45 minutes to get your order and there is always a line and the orders are delivered cold. And the place is always dirty
Online order said ready for pickup in 16-21 minutes- total wait time was actually almost 45 minutes. Waiting inside, there were multiple people also waiting (very angrily) and a very slow, unwelcoming kitchen staff. The night manager was complaining the entire time, and told the associate in the front to NOT answer the phone- the phone was non-stop ringing. Super unorganized, I understand if you have “new employees” which the manager kept stating, but talk about leading by example poorly by displaying awful customer service having a bad attitude. Food was just ok. Nothing tasted fresh. Probably will fight the wing craving from now on, and go somewhere else. It’s not worth it has gone really downhill.
I’m never eating WINGSTOP again my mom got food poisoning because the chicken probably wasn’t even cooked enough count your days she can’t even eat everything because of the food poisoning. The food poisoning is making her not want to eat everything she said it felt like she was having contractions. Never again we also had to wait an hour. ?? I want to rate it 0 stars
Food was cold I arrived in the given time frame and they never put enough sauce on the wings. Should've just went to pizza hut.
I've been here many times and while it does take a bit to get your food... it's usually fresh and delicious! Never had any issues.
