When I asked the cashier about the s... read more I must start by saying that I will be calling on Monday morning. On Friday night, I went to pick up my order for my family. When I asked the cashier about the status of my order, she checked but didn't see it and assumed it wasn't ready, so she continued working. When I inquired about the wait time, she mentioned 10-15 minutes, even though we had placed our order over 25 minutes ago and the restaurant wasn't busy. I decided to wait in my car. Luckily, I went back inside after 10 minutes and witnessed a customer complaining about receiving the wrong order. After some confusion and checking the bag, they finally realized that my order had been mistaken for theirs and handed it over to me. This kind of mistake is completely unacceptable. Even more shocking was the lack of accountability from the manager, who seemed unfazed by the situation and went back to work as if nothing had happened. I will never trust this place to make another order for me, especially wings. Yes!

The wings were a bit pricey, but they were absolutely delicious. I found the extra charge for ranch to be a bit excessive, but I suppose it's a convenience for those who prefer not to make homemade Hidden Valley. Overall, I recommend trying it out if you enjoy good wings.
