These sandwiches have girth.
Went in around 4:15 on a thursday 10/14 a mexican kinda old lady was being rude for everything tried to get cookies instead of chips she said we couldn’t bc we already payed food was good just try to fix her pls we also tried to get mayo on a sandwich n she tried closing it while we were trying to tell her
When I returned to address the issue, the employee opened the sandwich to try to prove me wrong. She scooped up the shredded cheese and claimed it was underneath, but I watched the whole process and never saw her put on any pepper jack cheese. It felt like they were insulting my intelligence, as if I were lying. I strongly recommend going to any other Subway but this one—it's terrible. They never have cookies, and I was told I would need to come around lunchtime if I wanted one. This Subway should really consider closing after lunch because their service is severely lacking afterward.
It's always an alternative
The young girl with dark hair who served me was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Unfortunately, the taller blonde girl was quite the opposite! I was wearing a mask and mentioned that everywhere I had been in Texas that day required masking. The rude blonde responded with, "Not here! No need for this flu!" She mocked me for wearing a mask and went on a rant about how unnecessary it all was. I will definitely not be returning! If this "Karen" is representing Subway, then I'm done with Subway too!
