Every time I visit this place, which is usually empty (not during peak hours), they seem to be out of many menu items. If they're running low on supplies, why don't they prepare for it? Instead, customers are left waiting for over 10 minutes.

However, the service was excellent. I was really disappointed, as Panda Express usually serves very fresh food. Sorry, but this just didn't meet expectations.

Each time I visit, I hold onto the hope that it might have been an off day, but I face the same disappointment every time. The dishes have clearly been sitting out for too long and are dried out, plus they don't seem to be cooked properly from the start. I won't return.
