Panda Express - Ennis
Panda Express
Description
This chain outpost delivers uneven results: many dishes arrive cold, dried out or improperly cooked, with wilted vegetables and skimpy, overpriced portions. Chow mein occasionally stands out, but orange chicken and shrimp disappoint. Service swings from attentive to surly, and menu availability can be spotty—leave expectations low for consistent, fresh takeout.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at the drive-thru. Every time I visit this place, which is usually empty (not during peak hours), they seem to be out of many menu items. If they're running low on supplies, why don't they prepare for it? Instead, customers are left waiting for over 10 minutes.
The food was cold, the greens were wilted, the noodles were overcooked, and there was something unappetizing in the orange chicken. However, the service was excellent. I was really disappointed, as Panda Express usually serves very fresh food. Sorry, but this just didn't meet expectations.
The food here is consistently unsatisfactory and appears to be stale. Each time I visit, I hold onto the hope that it might have been an off day, but I face the same disappointment every time. The dishes have clearly been sitting out for too long and are dried out, plus they don't seem to be cooked properly from the start. I won't return.
Generous portions...the orange chicken was soggy today, so lower stars for that.
