I received three soggy pieces that were soaked in grease and lacked any flavor. One of the pieces even had what felt like a clump of mushy flour on it. I wanted to give this location another shot, but unfortunately, I was just as disappointed with the food as I feared I would be. It was a total waste of money.

I will never return. The staff clearly seemed upset about our selection. We paid way too much for what we received, and did I mention we had to wait 25 minutes for just 8 pieces of chicken and 4 strips? Save your money and your appetite—oh, and we ended up throwing away 90% of our order. Even my dog wasn't interested in it.

When they finally did approach us, they mistakenly prepared our meal to-go, despite the fact that we were dining in. The food was also disappointing. To make matters worse, they informed me that they didn't serve white gravy and charged me extra for brown gravy to accompany my chicken strips.

Unfortunately, I've been correct the last five times. I just don’t understand the point of this restaurant if they can’t handle simple orders. I’m giving it one star because I have to, but honestly, it deserves negative five stars. It shouldn't be this difficult—maybe they just don’t care. And seriously, can we have the parking lot back that used to be there? I’ve never heard anything good about this place; everyone says to just go somewhere else. I tried to give it a chance, but never again!
