We decided to order f... read more We nearly overlooked Hildas in Ennis, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the entire menu was available, even for breakfast. We decided to order from the dinner menu, and we were very pleased with our choices. Both of us really loved the hot sauce; it was just right—spicy but not overwhelming. While the wait for our food was quite long, the service was excellent and attentive throughout our meal.
