We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions but never again. The hotel is very shabby and needs a complete revamp. On arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded. Unfortunately this was to room 122 which backs onto the towel store room and has a number of heating boilers inside. The result being is that the room is sweltering inside.
