large small cafeteria. they have a real quality and diverse selection of food, from hot options that vary from lachs to stew, or sandwiches and cakes. I have seafood knower and brown brot for and it was hearty and a good part. after a walk along the cliffs, this little restaurant is a jewel! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Puffin's Nest Cafe:
Super crowded, with all tables occupied you have a total overcrowded feeling, especially these days. We did not want to stay and try the food so can't say anything on that. View all feedback.
This is located in the front lobby of the cliffs of the Moher exhibition. from my experience, it sells coffee, a lot of soft drinks/water, and light bites. it seems in the pictures that there was more space for sitting places, but I noticed only about half a dozen tables. it was the perfect little place to grab a little bit, and I don't remember massive price gallery. Note that there are also food trucks at certain points along the foot of the cliffs, so if they are looking for something essential they can go to one of them.
Beautiful, simple caffeine in the ground floor of information and visitor center. ideal for coffee, ice cream, juice or a bite. They have different sandwiches or baked. there is a refrigerator with usual chilled drinks such as Coca-Cola, orange juice, water, limonade etc. the cafe also has a small sitting area and is often full. expect them, there is a wait for the to pay, especially at the weeks and busy times, as in the early year and summer.
Self service with a discreet choice. friendly staff and wax cleaning and cleaning tables.
In the visitor center there are 2 restaurants. in the ground floor there is a small cafeteria and in the second floor a larger cafeteria. many food options, but rather disorganized. the menu at the entrance was different from the menu at the counter. allergies listed, but the personal was insecure from its accuracy. they finally asked the cook who confirmed that the one-pot was gluten-free. there were also pre-packed gluten-free brot. it was pretty good and there was no reaction. we drove with a tour bus in the week and many tables were available.
I would say a value for money restaurant, the prices are a bit higher than in a normal restaurant but I think is ok. A main course costs around 17€ and one soup around 10€. We had beef stew, nice taste, a bit heavy from my perspective and one traditional fish soup with salmon, good portion and nice taste. Unfortunately there is heavy cream in jt, but this is the recipe I think. For dessert we had coffee and one sweet (traditional) with coffee inside and caramel on the top. Give it a try, it’s worth it.
