Everst Express - Ennis

Have been going here for years and can't understand how it's not more popular. The food is excellent. The staff are great and I could eat the Sag Aloo every day and never get tired of it.

Today, when I stopped at the petrol station on the Tulla road in Ennis, I chose to get some fish and chips. It was just delicious. I'd say the best fresh haddock I had since ages. The chips were hand-cut fingerlicking stuff it was! It's always a pleasure having a smalltalk with Ramji and Hiralal. Last time I had their home cooked Nepalese food. That was just scrumptious! I definitely recommend Everest Express!
