Today, 24/3, I left Kristianstad in Skåne and up to the pearl street kitchen in Enköping. Here I got a special flatbread roll packed with 4 different sausages and side pork, homemade mashed potatoes, shrimp salad and topped with lingonberry jam. This battleship was over 2 kilos and it tickled the chest to death The owner is a hamburger legend in my city but has moved here and taken over this street kitchen. So I paid a visit today. Do it too if you want good food in a street kitchen environment. Really recommend it, nice staff and a nice venue.
