I made... read more Smoke Wagon was with us recently at our model train show. I had the beef nachos the first day and the sausage and sliced brisket sandwich the second day. I made two meals out of each and all were superb! I've also had their house salad with brisket on several occasions and it's one of my favorites. The husband and wife team who own and run the business are fantastic folks and super friendly. You can't go wrong eating at Smoke Wagon!
