It was strange, absolutely the best ride through the service I had in a decade. I'm not a Kfc fan, but the woman loves it, the excellent customer service this gentleman will let us back more often. Dude definitely deserves an increase/movement
Food is decent. Hardly ever a wait to get waited on. Customer service is ok. I like it because it is one of the only restaurants on the east side of town. Just wish they would stay open later at night
I typically love this restaurant! The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. I'm not usually one to post negative reviews, but I had a disappointing experience tonight around 5:16 PM at the drive-thru. They didn’t give me everything I ordered, and my soda didn’t have any ice. Even though the receipt showed the correct order, it wasn’t fulfilled accurately. I tried calling the store, but no one picked up. The girl working the drive-thru wasn't friendly, and when I asked about whether everything was packed in the bag, she didn’t seem very helpful. I still care for this place, but I think the night shift could benefit from being as attentive as the fantastic day shift.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The customer service was exceptional, and the food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served in a clean and beautifully decorated space. It was the perfect way to kick off my weekend. I can't stress enough how wonderful the staff treated me; they truly made my day. I highly recommend this place!
I have a special fondness for KFC, particularly because this location holds a dear place in my heart. I used to live just across the street, making it easy for me to walk over and grab a tasty chicken meal whenever I craved one. Additionally, I had some wonderful friends who worked here and even found love in this very spot. They're now happily married with children. It's hard to top that! KFC truly has a way of bringing people together.
