If I could give them zero stars, I would. The owner needs to be mindful of who they hire. The first time I called, they answered and hung up without even saying hello. The second time I called and asked what premade cakes they had in stock, the rude female who answered told me to come find out myself and hung up before I could respond. Absolutely absurd. Mobile orders are always prepared in time, no delays.
Garbage every time I come to pick an order made by delivery company, I get informed that the item is not available, many times I come during the day and the whole store is closed.
Chocolat is definitely my favorite flavor, it usually gets crowded in the afternoon
One of the workers legit gave us an attitude because she scooped the wrong ice cream, how do you confuse cotton candy with cookie peanut butter and blame us? We made our order very clear. Then they angrily scooped the ice cream making it half way falling off the cone.
Incredible experience today. I went through the drive-thru ordered and paid, and then I was given the wrong item. I then go back through the drive-thru again to tell them they gave me the wrong item and they told me they gave me this because my requested item is not in stock. I then requested a refund and they told me SORRY NO REFUNDS!!! HAHAH WHAT? You gave me the wrong item and then no refund???? I always have a horrible experience at this establishment. STAY AWAY!
