Uptown Humboldt - Englewood

My wife and I were looking for something to do tonight and checked out the local brewery, Cerebral Brewing online to see what food truck was there. Uptown Humboldt was listed and the menu looked solid so went there this evening. The food absolutely did not disappoint! Excellent food and the service was great, we had a pretzel bun burger and the lamb gyro and they were fantastic. We absolutely recommend them! Loved it!

Oh my gosh!!! My Gyro was thinly sliced, garnished with diced tomatoes, and chopped cucumbers!! Very VERY TASTY!! I ate THE WHOLE THING!!HEAVENLY ???

Hiring Uptown Humboldt to provide the food at the engagement party for our son and his fiance` was ideal. Guests were able to order easily and have hot delicious food with a quick turnaround. This service allowed the hostesses and guests to enjoy the party and eat when they were hungry and not have to stick to a scheduled meal time. I highly recommend using Uptown Humboldt for your next event!

We visited this food truck near our apartment building and remember it from when it was in the area last year. The Americano burger was one of the best burgers we've had and their fries are delicious!
