I went back into the store, and the cash... read more I used my Shell Gold card to buy gas, which includes a 10-cent discount at the pump, but I didn’t receive the discount. I went back into the store, and the cashier told me I would need to pay again, and that my card would be automatically credited. Since I really needed gas for my truck, which wasn’t running well, I agreed to do another transaction. They've lost me as a customer, and I'll be sure to share my experience with others. However, I need to update my review: I did receive a credit from Citibank for the first charge.
