Patxi's Pizza Cherry Hills - Englewood

I ordered a ten inch pizza and a sausage roll that took an hour to make when there were 3 tables in the restaurant. then they give me a prosciutto pizza with ground ham, clearly not prosciutto. the manager said we're sorry if I asked to take an hour. but I never saw how the guy does everything as watching TV. as a former manager they help when their team is busy. Moreover, the 3 young people who have run a pizza kitchen are not underused. def will not go back. poor service and not impressed by food quality.

Difficult to evaluate this place. the food is well defined and guarantees a 5-star rating. However, I had to wait 20 minutes for a pick-up order. her website quoted a 35-minute pickup time and I ended waiting for the half that in the load after the pickup time. total, good pizza, simply not expect in time.

Get out. a little rocky experience. my job was a big pizza. they made a little. the guy who helped me was very nice and offered to remake it or to discount the one they did. I said a discount is in order, but when he asked the manager, the manager said rudely, the full price, right in front of me and know that the nice guy had offered the discount! he didn't bother to talk to me or even look at me, much less apologised for the mistake. when I pushed the nice guy over it, a very nice lady came to watch what had happened, and graciously applied a discount. cute and nice lady, thank you! 5 stars for a great recovery! her service assured my future business. curmudgeonly old manager, you have 1 star! their rudeness cost their company a 5-star rating! they should seriously consider finding different work. they are clearly unhappy and they are definitive not at the front end material!
