Patrons have lauded its inviting atmosphere and attentive staff, with many appreciating the cleanliness and updated decor. While some dishes, like the wood-fired pizza and French dip sandwiches, have received rave reviews, others have encountered inconsistencies that marred their dining experience. From excellent service during busy sports events to occasional kitchen mishaps, Libbee's shows promise as a welcoming spot for casual dining. With a few tweaks to the menu and consistency in the kitchen, this eatery holds potential for becoming a local favorite.
First time there and wanted to check out the wood fired pizza. We were not disappointed. Had no idea we had one in Englewood. Pizza was very good; thin crust; and quite cheesy and flavor filled. Our server, Kennedy, was wonderful. Attentive and available enough without hovering over us or disappearing. We will definitely be back.
Good food and cold beer with no complaints of service. !!! Love this place!! Table had cheese curds and pigs in blankets both tasty. Cheeseburger, French dip, meat loaf with mashed potatoes with a huge side salad was amazed at the size of salad. Penne Alfredo with chicken and garlic bread was told also very tasty!! Also recommend the sweet potato waffle fries!! Delicious and yes with the blue cheese!! Yum!
Great place. My husband and I are regulars. Love the bar and the restaurant. Have never been treated rudely by anyone. The whole staff is great. Food is really good, pizza fantastic! Mark, Jesse, Melissa, Natalie, Frank. Faith and others are fabulous! You can't go wrong choosing Libees. ?
Tried Libee 's out for the first time. Our waitress, Taylor was awesome.Ordered a pizza, ricotta pie- add sausage. No sausage. Chef made a batch of dry sausage added it on top and reheated, making the crust burt and hard. The adult grilled cheese first came with minimal cheese. They added cheese, reheated and when it came back- the Texas toast was now the consistency of French toast. No crisp- also no tomato jam (one of the reasons we ordered)Taylor the manager made everything right- but the chef(s) belong anywhere but in a kitchen. Everyone has off days; but the way the kitchen attempted to correct our meal- was sloppy and lazy. The French onion soup wasn 't the best, but tasty enough (if i ever go back) would order again.Disappointed in the food. Not with the staff; why I gave 3 stars and not 1.
There were always cars in the parking lot when we drove by, so we surmised that it had to be above par and it was. with a dearth of quality restaurants in the englewood area, libee 's has stood tall. the basic bistro, sports pub culinary items burgers, steak sandwiches, coal fired oven pizzas are very good, well prepared and presented in an engaging manner by the staff. plenty of space in the dining room and plenty of elbow room at the expansive bar. tried it once, twice, three times and have been convinced it 's worth a stop. and the prices are most favorable, including a late afternoon early bird menu.
