Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Wine

We went for Mother's Day with another family and had a disappointing experience. We usually have great food and good service. Unfortunately the service was super slow, our teens were starving and ate too much bread waiting. Took 45 minutes just to get salads. Steak was perfect as always but lobster overcooked.

I made reservations to celebrate my mom's birthday with her. When we walked in they were holding doors open and greeted us promptly. The hostess asked for the name, but proceeded to call us by the incorrect last name. That was the only hiccup in the whole visit. As we approached the table we saw that it was decorated for the celebration with confetti and a birthday card that was signed by the entire staff. The waitress was fantastic, patient, and very courteous. Everything we ordered was delicious! We started with the poke appetizer which was so good, a little spicy but nothing we couldn't handle. For our dinner we split their seasonal salad, which they had split for us in the kitchen. It was the perfect size for a side salad. We each ordered an 8oz filet mignon, hers was ordered medium rare and had creamy horseradish which she said was perfect. I'd ordered mine medium which was good in the middle, but a little tough and dry on the outside. We decided to split an order of mashed potatoes which were nice and creamy. We each had two glasses of wine and then ordered a dessert of the chocolate butter cake and crème brûlée. At the end of the meal our waitress gave my mom a box of their chocolate for a “birthday present”. Overall a great night. We definitely want to come back again.

My wife and I’s favorite restaurant. We go there every once in awhile, but tonight was even better than normal. Ask for Dez. If you can she took such good care of us. She made my wife feel special. We were there just for a casual dinner. Highly recommend this place.

We frequent Fleming's in Houston, where we live. It's because of the service and the quality of the food. I have to say that Fleming's Denver outshines our home Fleming's! It was superb!!!

You will not be disappointed!!! This place is my favorite! Staff is amazing everyone on staff is very attentive! The food was amazing as always!
