I like Costco they have a little bit of everything from automotive to household. I shop here fairly often and enjoy the saving of buying bulk. I love watching people block entire aisles with their baskets and shove elders out of the way for a chimichanga sample only seen on the weekends). ProTip Avoid going on the weekends, it can be a mad house. During the week it's empty. View all feedback.

Hecht. I bought a face cream that burned my eyes and when I brought them back to customer service, I was told that the expiry date printed on the face cream was last month! and ali, the manager, shared that it did not relapse. when I asked if I could see where in company policy it says this, no problem was told by two managers before ali told me that it is not really written anywhere, it is simply not in the mind of our policy. it is not ethical. neat. thank you.
Really bad experience everywhere. if you gay or queer pair like us; expect to be treated badly. apparently the manager really cares about money here, etc. we noticed a few before us that made a return, and they were originally said no, but then the green light given as soon as the manager finds out how much they spend. I'll be honest, we don't spend 1000s a year like all the others, but we'll go about once a week and get gas here. my wife bought a tw 1.5 years ago and it's been broken since. the color has gone out. the broochure for costco says that it includes an automatic 2 years warranty. we called tech support and they wouldn't help much. I blamed us for the Tv problems that I escalated to a supervisor. they wanted photo and video proof. we sent them in. After we didn't listen back for 4 days, we went to costco to make some purchases and decided to ask for help. matthäus one of the front-end maintainers told my wife actually that there is no 2 years guarantee and that costco did not. they then tried to inform him what we were told and he said I won't argue with them. my type has a handle. I went and took a broochure and brought it to him and showed him the 2 years warranty is included. After I have been respectful about the people wanting to prove, he decided to make a few calls. not long before he tried to look after when we bought an extended guarantee. Why is it important if they have built 2 years. he told her she had to come to the office. he called to the technicians and apologized for not getting to know his own policy. he said he would call back. he did 25 minutes later because we had to leave. it seems almost arbitrary because I told him that we were constantly buying electronics and never had a problem. the food dish sucks here. I wanted to pay money that they had no windows open. only touchscreen. then they would not issue a straw or serviette. even check-out visitors are ready to posing on them like theirs.
I downloaded this app to give this Costco a 1 star. Slowest one in the city if you want to wait 45 minutes have someone wait in the line before you go!
You can’t even get anyone to answer the phone to ask about membership questions… Called 5 times in a row and not one answer..?
