Turtle Bay offers a vibrant Caribbean dining experience with a modern and colorful atmosphere. The menu includes a variety of vegan options, though some dessert choices may be limited. All drinks, including cocktails, are clearly labeled as vegan or non-vegan. The service received mixed reviews, with some customers feeling rushed while others praised the friendly and attentive staff. Overall, the food and drinks were deemed delicious, and the extensive drinks menu was a highlight. Whether you're looking for a light vegan meal or a flavorful Jamaican dish, Turtle Bay has something for everyone.

A disappointing visit that started when we were seated next to cleaning products that had been left in the dining area stank. We asked to move fedback that the products should not have been left in that area. I attempted to order a draught Red Stripe beer only to be informed that there was no draught beer available why!! We then ordered a mixed sharing platter that arrived with our mains. Again why? The manager came over, apologised took away our mains. We insisted that they be freshly cooked. This was accommodated. The actual meals were of good quality, otherwise this would have been a 1 star review. Very disappointing as our recent visits to the Bath Norwich restaurants were very good. Must do very much better!!

Had a lovely meal today and our waitress was lovely but I did not catch her name. Had the jerk chicken and my husband had the beefburger.

Booked bottomless brunch 3-5pm, ordered cocktails at 3pm they didn't come until 325, it did get quicker after that. The drinks weren't great, there was 5 of us and none of us really liked the cocktails, not sure if it's because they are all rum based with it been a Cuban bar. We were only given 3 menus but all the cocktails are listed on the menu so we needed one each, i asked for more menus they never arrived. I ordered the chicken burger, there was hardly any chicken in it and the breadcrumb bit was hard. Asked for mayo and ketchup, that never came. If you're busy what not just put sauces on the table. When the bill came we'd been charged an £18 service charge, sorry surely we should decide how much tip to leave ?? We had paid a £30 deposit which they didn't take off the bill and we only remembered the next day, this surprised me as everyone that books has to pay a deposit so why was this forgotten about. The staff were nice though, we had Zarah and she was very patient and lovely and we asked the young lad for ice and that came straight away. I wouldn't recommend it nor would i return, sorry.

My husband and I stopped at this restaurant for brunch and we were both very pleased with our meals. He had the vegan burger and I had the vegan bowl, both of which were amazing.

We popped in for a couple of 2-4-1 Mojitos on the Saturday before Christmas upon noticing the menu outside indicated all drinks (including cocktails) and food are clearly labelled as vegan (VE). This is essentially a Caribbean version of Las Iguanas. Very modern, artificially themed and vibrantly decorated . However, they do acknowledge that vegans exist in society.
