During our week away, we visited several pubs, and this one definitely stood out among the others. It's a traditional, simple pub offering affordable and generous meals. The atmosphere is lovely, and the couple running the place are very charming. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious—truly a delightful dining experience. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, this will definitely be a place we return to. View all feedback.
Excellent native, set in the heart of the deepest herefordshire. good beer and other drinks. very friendly owners jason and lisa, who also operate a well sorted shop and an award-winning delicacies. good home cooked eating also served in pub. has an occasional bus to the door, but is a simple half hour walk away from an hour bus service from hierford center.
Great service and beautiful atmosphere. many outdoor tables and a large selection of food and drinks as well as a small business with a good selection of products. the sandwiches were of great value with a beautiful selection of salates and cramps, and all the others on the menu also looked lush. would be great to see a vegan option, would be just a ugly and roasted pfeffersandwich perfect and would not cost much extra to produce. otherwise really fab pub, and perfect for outdoor eating.
