(Traducido por Google) Fantástico buffet, recomiendo la media pensión. Las camas eran muy cómodas, sin duda me alojaría de nuevo. (Original) Fantastic buffet, highly recommend the half board. Beds were very comfortable, would definitely stay again.

We recently spent 2 nights here using jubilee offer which was very attractive included breakfast, dinner with wine water, 2 days of ski pass. Overall we were happy with our stay. All staff enocuntered were very friendly and partiuclarly attentive in the dining area! The location of the hotel is above the town and access if via 2 elevators/tunnels which is very convenient to reach the town when on foot. When going to ski resort it does mean though that you end up with a 15 walk in skiboots if there is no free shuttle bus upon arrival. The hotel has free ski room storage and parking which are both convenient. Driving up to hotel could be an issue when there is a lot of snow/ice as it is very steep and narrow but this was not the case for us. We had booked a modern room in the new annex of the hotel, which even still smelled all new and was very clean. Sadly the annex, is very ugly from the outside and also linked with very sterile hallways/stairs to the rest of the hotel. This is a shame given the otherwise very classic and well maintained style of the rest. Both breakfast and dinner are served buffet style (good measures in place with disenfactant gloves), the main dining hall is very sterile/impersonal and noisy but we got lucky and where able to sit in the winter garden for all our meals which has a very nice view and is more cosy/classy in terms of decor lighting. Friday evening the meal was very disappointing... I would almost say cantine presentation and quality... but then Saturday evening the food was great so it seems like its hit or miss depending on the day. The included white (either red or white) was very good though! Breakfast was great both days and the offer changed. The spa area was unforunately closed, but we booked a private spa access at the partner Titlis Resort which was worth it.

Comfortable stay in the hotel with good food and friendly service. The access to town using the lift and tunnel is very convenient. It makes getting to the slopes and other activities simple and fast so you do not need to worry about using your car.

Lovely hotel with scenic view, and the approach to hotel is bit dramatic too, once has to pass a cave and take a lift up to the Hotel Terrace. All needed facilities are available on depsoit of some Euro they do give universal charger too. WIFI is bit weak in the rooms. But who realy cares when one has such a lovey beautiful valley in front of you, all surrounded with hills.
