Mike's Grill & Bar - Engadine

Come with an appetite as this place is known for its large servings.We have been several times during the week for the $10 mid week specials but we decided to try the full menu. My husband ordered the entree Kirkpatrick oysters (delicious) and the half serve of ribs, thank the stars he only ordered the half- they were huge, tasty and fell off the bone. I had the Scotch fillet steak and it was also cooked to perfection with a beautiful pepper sauce. The Skewers are delightful as were the crumbed lamb cutlets - staff as always were fantastic, particularly our waitress, Danika. This place caters to all age groups with a an extensive menu, specials board and cheap drinks at RSL prices.

Freshly cooked, succulent & huge. I'm "pretty good on the tooth" but couldn't eat all the delicious and lightly crisped chicken schnitzel and chips accompanied by a rich tasty gravy, served on the side. My dining companion selected the 250 gram steak and found it tender, tasty and cooked to perfection.

My colleagues and I headed out for our monthly after work dinner and drinks to Mikes on 2nd June 2017. We had a group of about 12 and all our meals were delivered promptly and together, which can be difficult with a large group.Once the food arrived, the servings were huge and so very well cooked. The food was delicious. We enjoyed it so much that our next monthly catch up was booked for Mikes in Sutherland in July. We found the value of our meals to be brilliant as we were offered two courses for $40, either an entree and main or main and dessert.We will definitely be returning.

Mike's Bar and Grill has a good template and they stick to it. MBG at Engadine is no different. It is good food at a reasonable price points.
