Came to have roast dinner 5pm Monday 16/10-23. The food at the counter was all old, probably left out all day, looked terrible and was all cold! Waitresses not really helpful, and when I wrote a review somewhere else, they replied that no one else had complained and that our plates were empty, so they assumed everything was ok! This is not true!! We couldn’t eat the food and other customers were complaining too! Avoid this restaurant at all cost!!!! People could get food poisoning eating food in that state!

Customer service was great. The staff are very nice. The manager made us feel welcomed and made our experience as good as possible. I would definitely come again and recommend to others.

We were greeted by a woman named Audra who was not very pleasant. She seemed stressed and uninviting, which put a damper on our visit. The toilets were dirty and there was a lot of debris on the carvery deck. The waitress was okay and checked on us, but overall we were not very satisfied with the experience. We would prefer to go somewhere else next time that is more focused on customer satisfaction.

We had a family gathering, here on Sunday the lady on the host stand was so lovely and helpful with my elderly mother, the service was excellent and the food was delicious, plenty of parking and very family friendly

Disgusting. Clueless staff, I waited far too long to be served a pint, there was literally one person in front of me. The place is dirty and the service is awful. I finished my pint and told them the place was a sh**hole and they couldn’t pay me to eat there. Had a staff member rolling a cigarette on another table. They all looked like unwashed Jeremy Kyle rejects. Avoid
