I order home delivery and everything is always perfect from ordering to receiving my order. Great range of dishes, fab portion sizes and the food is amazing they do the best wings and sweet potato fries!

I placed an order on UberEats for delivery. When the food arrived, I opened the halloumi and noticed it had a strong, unpleasant smell, indicating it was spoiled. The kids burger meal I ordered also had a bad smell, likely due to the sauce being off. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager, but the individual who called me back seemed uninterested and rushed me off the phone. I requested a refund or a remake of my order since I couldn't eat any of the food and had to throw it away. However, I was told that because I had disposed of the food, they couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. I was disappointed to have spent money on inedible food that made me sick, with no reimbursement. The manager suggested that next time they would check the order before sending it out for delivery, which I found to be an unacceptable resolution to my complaint. The lack of customer service from this establishment is appalling, and I will continue to call until this matter is resolved.

I decided to give Roosters a try for something different and was very disappointed with the service from the cashier. Even though I mentioned it was my first time, he didn't seem to care and rushed me through. The Enfield location is quite small and seating is limited. I sat at a larger table, but halfway through my meal, I was asked to move. Before I could agree, the cashier had already taken my plate. It was extremely rude!
