Mcdonald's - Enfield

Great place to breakfast when it is nice and quiet.

I took my daughter and her friends after jump in session on Friday night after 9 o'clock in this filiale. it was so clean and the service was better than some restaurants. when one of the girls dropped their ice cream, the staff was there. they brought us a new and cleaned the chaos right away. they were so busy with orders from the journey through and deliveries, but the workers laughed in the kitchen and were friendly. it has left me the impression that they do not see it very often in many of the restaurants, let alone mcdonald’s. I notice this type of things like the energy of people, and I think they deserve praise.

Manager called elpida was really really unhelpful to me and my kids she choosed I side of drugy boys that was vomiting Infront my kids and made me embarrassed infront of my kids to them thank you to McDonalds to have a manager like her plus the cleaner is so rude aswell if you don’t like your job don’t do it

I went through the drive through, ordered and was charged for a double quarter pounder. Instead I got a measly single quarter pounder. As you can imagine, when I got home, I was gravely disappointed.

I came to McDonald’s during lunchtime and was denied access to Seats upstairs due to that fact that my child is a student in a nearby school. Whilst ordering , I told my child to grab some seats upstairs however they encountered a security guard who was very aggressive and rude to them and told them to go away. When my child then went to find a seat downstairs , the guard shouted at them from across and told them that they cannot stay in the restaurant to eat and should find elsewhere to be . I am very appalled by the security guard’s behaviour towards my child and then myself later on. I do understand that there are rules to the establishment but my child approached the stairs by themselves and therefore wouldn’t have caused any problems upstairs . Sort your staff out McDonald’s .
