I've never had a negative experience at this place, and I make it a point to stop by every time I fly! The staff are friendly and attentive, and they prepare an amazing oat flat white. Food: 4/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 4/5. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Connected Coffee:
The guy rolled his eyes and sighed as I walked up to the counter. Treated my mother and I as if we were a major inconvenience and barely mumbled the few words he spoke to us. The espresso in our cappuccino/latte was terrible. I think the machine needs calibrating. Won't visit again. View all feedback.
I went to the airport to fly out going to Montreal but my flight was delayed it was frustrating so I must have a coffee! So I saw this cute coffee shop which is so inviting, from a far you can smell that sweet scent of their coffee. So I had to try their Caramel vanilla latte, I am extremely statisfied, their veggie panini was good too! I really recommend this place, plus their staff were friendly their serving me with all smiles! I’m definitely gonna visit them again.

Customer service from today's staff was amazing. I ordered incorrectly and came back to get the right thing later, after the fact, and they were really nice about it all. Made a good day so much better. Based purely on customer service, (not to mention it's also one of the few places with decent barista coffee) I'd highly recommend.
