Starbucks - Enfield

I found a hair in my scones. the personal was nice about it and offered me a new one, but was really broken up at this point. please work with their company and their dealers together to ensure that all food/drinks are clean and safe for us consumers.

The person who works this morning is extremely rude, no customer service skills at all, looks like their uncomfortable they come here.

Drinks weren't very hot at all, a luke warm at best. The lady at the counter with tattoos, short brownish hair, and wearing her own clothes, seemed very disinterested and moody. I genuinely felt like I was annoying her. One of the customers purchased a frappuccino and it was watery. Like a slushy, not a thick frappuccino.
