My husband and I enjoyed this spot. The atmosphere was good and comfortable. The beers though.... Amazing selection! I give my recommendation to go and try this place out. If you do go I highly recommend the West Cost IPA, its my favorite and a must try! We will be back soon. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Powder Hollow Brewery:
Where should I even begin? The beer was underwhelming, but the treatment we received was even worse. I’m not asking for special treatment; I even cleared the glasses from our outdoor table to make it easier for the staff. However, when I brought them into the bar area, the woman looked at me as if I had done something wrong. She took the glasses from my hands with an annoyed sigh and turned away without so much as a... View all feedback.
Consistently tasty beers with a great variety. The owners are fantastic community partners and the staff is always friendly.
Great place, the bartender was awesome, beer was fantastic, definately going back and the winery is clutch, the lady will love that! I suggest you try it out, you wont be disappointed! The Meatball Bomb truck was excellent!
Where can I start? Beer is not good, but what is worse? The way they treat people. I am not garbage for them to treat me like I am. I even picked up the glasses from our outside table so they didn't have to. When I brought them to the bar area the woman looked at me like I had done something wrong, took the glasses from my hand disgracefuly, made a humf sound and turned around to give me her back. No thanks, nothing. Will never go back. Beer is not good and the treatment is worse...forget it.
This review is for a to go pickup in Feb 2022: I came here wanting to support a local brewery instead of buying at the grocery store. The historical name and location of the taproom are perfect. Inside it was bustling but not raucous when I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon mostly middle aged people talking and enjoying their beverages. The takeout beer fridge is just inside the door right next to the wine room. I got the West Coast IPA and cider. Each was a 4 pack and around $3 a can. The West Coast IPA was satisfying and the cider was horrible. The cider was so bad (watery and a seltzer y taste) thats we tossed the last two cans. Come here if you’re looking for a local venue to hang out at. Don’t come here expecting finely crafted beers.
Great atmosphere, nice live music when we were there. The BBQ truck had a great pulled pork sandwich. Beers were yummy and the wine was also great.
