Probably my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts location. I've been here for over a year. The staff is always very nice and extremely fast. The reason that this is my favorite because they always mix the ice cream very well and have great decorations. By the way, this is done by someone in training and still amazing. View all feedback.
What Liz V doesn't like about Dunkin':
Arrived to the drive-through at Dunkin five minutes before nine and I was told it was closed. There are several signs outside and in the drive-through itself that say that it's open till 9 PM. Today is August 25, 2022. Maybe management could look into who works on the shift. View all feedback.

Fast smoothness, bullets always kind Fit 17 other Dunkin' Donuts to come here from Glastonbury Connecticut to work in Springfield.
Love her! They know me by name and they know my order.... I miss the old manager, but I love all the staff
They are the best Dunkin staff I have ever encountered. Cindy the manager should be given a franchise.
I suggest that you check your order before you leave. Mistakes are made here. The manager is amazing. Very busy in the am.
