Contribute Feedback What Christophe Hansen doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Everyone who works in food service knows to wear gloves and a hair net while handling food. I just left chipotle and the lady on the grill cooking wore no gloves. While she swapped out the pans on the line, she had no gloves on. Reaching over peoples food with no gloves nor a hair net as her hair is hanging out of her hat messy and wild. That’s how people get sick, it’s not ok nor sanitary. It’s disgusting to be hone... View all feedback.
I have to say that this particular Chipotle location is a huge disappointment when it comes to portion sizes. The first time I brought a friend who had never tried Chipotle before, we were both shocked by how little food we received. I wouldn’t even call it half of a normal portion—more like a quarter. I was taken aback. Later on, I thought I’d give it another shot, assuming it was just an off day, but unfortunately, it was the same situation! The portions were still tiny. You spend $20 and end up hungry. I've never encountered this issue at any other Chipotle, even in the northeastern U.S. I truly wouldn't recommend coming here! In fact, I’ve had disappointing experiences at several restaurants in Enfield. One time, the Panera in Enfield messed up my order so badly that I had to call and complain, which resulted in me receiving a few $10 “customer care” coupons in the app just to make up for it. I’m done ordering anything in the Enfield area!
I've never had such an absurd experience at a Chipotle before. It's surprising that they have the same rating for more than two-thirds of their dishes, which are supposed to feed one person, and yet they still manage to deliver. It's a strange situation; I suggest ordering in person to avoid any mix-ups.
The food is fresh and tasty, but they often run out of items in the evening. The staff seems to be quite slow and often more focused on having fun than on serving customers during nighttime. I really wish I could order the queen dish in the restaurant instead of just online!
Definitely not what I expect from one of my favorite lunch spots. I live in ma, so I rarely go to this place, but two days in a row that I visited for lunch because of the trip, and every time they miss articles and were extremely slow. the service was also subdued. Normally, the customer service should be friendly, but it is not the feeling that I received either while visiting.
Disappointed, this location used to be delicious before but now it's just going downhill. The chips I recieved was mixed with SEVERELY stale and okay. This tells me that the chips most likely aren't changed and left out since the air makes chips stale. Plus, all the salt was at the bottom even after I shook it. One of my burritos had a huge piece of onion in it when i didn't order that expecially since i'm allergic to onions. The rest of my order was fine despite the WHOLE order being cold. I don't know what has happened to this location but for food that i didn't order to be in the food that i did order multiple times is very messy and rushy. customers would prefer the food to be made neatly and late than messy and quick. Hopefully this gets fixed soon but until then I wont be eating here anytime soon.
