Fred and Mia are fantastic! They are friendly and play an essential role in brightening everyone's day in the building. Additionally, the food is delicious with a great variety to choose from.

This is an excellent little diner/cafe on the second floor of this huge medical building. The majority of the people that come here are nurses, receptionist, office assistance who primarily work for doctors. Carmel Cafe is owner operated by a wonderful man and his wife who make delicious food at a reasonable price. Every time I come to this building for a doctor's appointment I make sure to stop by and get my favorite egg salad sandwich. They serve breakfast, from eggs to bacon and sausage and everything in between. They also serve lunch and have really good sandwiches. Prices are very affordable here and the food quality is great. They also sell chips and other snacks including ice cream and a variety of soft drinks and juices. The people are really nice here and they always remember me when I come in. If you ever come to this office building for a doctor visit make sure you go down to the second floor and get something to eat because you will be pleasantly surprised.

I was impressed by the quality of the burrito I ordered, as it was both flavorful and satisfyingly hot. The price was reasonable and there was no wait for my order. The cook, George (I believe that was his name), prepared it promptly and I left feeling completely satisfied. I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area, especially for their great breakfast options.
