Is there a way to give a negative rating? Honestly... especially in this market, you’re not the only food spot out there. This place seems destined to either shut down or serve only those who don’t mind being treated poorly by the staff. The staff was incredibly rude and had such an attitude... just to make a sandwich. I was curious about the one-star reviews and now I understand. The staff is the worst and most disrespectful I’ve ever encountered, especially that older Hispanic lady. If you dislike your job, then quit! Stop taking it out on everyone who comes through the door.
Bad experience at this Subway. Reminded me of the famous Soup Nazi from Seinfeld, only in this case, it was an older woman (as described in the other reviews here) playing the role. NO SANDWICH FOR YOU!. I decided to order a sandwich using the Subway app on my phone to take advantage of a coupon. This is a routine I have done at various Subway locations without any issues. When I told the older woman I 'd like to customize my sandwich she quickly responded No I can only make what you ordered online . Her response caught me off guard. I tried explaining that I had customized my orders in the past without any problems, but her response was dismissive: Doesn 't matter, I 'm not making any changes to this sandwich. Her rude tone and attitude was crazy. After some banter back and forth and a call to the owner she basically said take it or leave it and ended up cancelling my order. Not real happy with how she handled the situation, I reached out to Rohit Marwaha, the owner, hoping to address the issue. He apologized and assured me that he would personally make things right, that he would be at the store the next day and would follow up with me. The next day came and went without any communication from Rohit. I called him twice and sent two texts, but no response. While waiting for a call back from Mr. Marwaha, I decided to check online reviews and discovered that my bad experience wasn 't isolated. Other customers had complained about the older woman and her rude and obnoxious demeanor. In the grand scheme of things, it 's just a sandwich, and I wasted some time and gas in the process. However, the lack of care and accountability toward customers at this Subway location is unacceptable. As the saying goes, a person is only as good as their word, and it seems that Rohit 's word falls short of any commitment to customer satisfaction. Based on all of the other bad reviews it is clear Rohit Marwaha and his staff do not take customer feedback seriously and have no interest in rectifying the issues at hand. Just lip service and no action. A little courtesy and respect can go a long way in ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction but don 't expect that at this location.... See the attached picture of Rohit and I assume his brother...that explains a lot...... 1900 stores making hand over fist...I 'm blown away that he even talked to me at all...don 't think he 's losing any sleep over this bad review...

The guy working the counter got overly rude and offended when I tried to use a coupon for my purchase. See this? On the coupon? Participating locations, bud. The best part is, he scans it in after I say I 'll just go somewhere else. Avoid the stingy business owners here, and choose another location.
Hispanic older lady has an attitude problem and takes it out on your meal. My sandwich was messy and not able to able to eat it due to the sauce all over the sandwich and smeared all over the bread.I took on bite and the sandwich fell apart and stained my scrubs. I think she was upset when I asked for extra spinach I started to notice how sloppy she continued to make my sandwich. Not fair. I should have listened to myself when I wanted to open the sandwich right in front of her and taken a pictu
