Whenever I visit my college friends, we always go to this beachfront restaurant, and I've consistently experienced excellent service! Today, our server Morgan was incredibly warm and attentive throughout our meal. My go-to order is the Monaco panini, which I almost always get. They also frequently update their mimosa flavors, and the Cranberry-Orange variation was absolutely delicious! We always make sure to return and enjoy this lovely spot!

I enjoyed this restaurant. I came in around brunch time. I Was able to enjoy both pancakes and an acai bowl. The brewed coffee was tasty and they had stevia. My server and other staff were friendly and helpful.

I just ordered an iced latte didn't try the food, but my coffee had a really strange grainy texture. Also I couldn't finish the drink because the oat milk and/or espresso used gave me a horrible stomach ache.

Such a cute little spot in Encinitas for brunch or a late lunch with ample indoor and outdoor seating. I got a flight of the mimosas and my favorite by far was the lavender grapefruit very refreshing for summer. I would not get the cranberry one as it was a little richer and had too overpowering. The goat cheese and sun dried tomato quiche from here was amazing, the soft crumbly cheese melted throughout the quiche and added a great balance to the saltiness of the tomatoes. Most of their omelette and quiches also come with a side of potatoes and fruit.

Always great food and service! I love that there is a patio for outdoor dining. The only thing is that it may take a while because often times people dining outside end up doing meet-ups with others since there is no time restriction on the outdoor tables. Great coffee and pastries.

Tucked in Encinitas, this charming brunch bistro tempts locals with sunny patio seating, strong coffee, creative mimosas and reliable breakfast favorites like quiche, rosemary potatoes and croissant sandwiches. Staff are friendly and attentive, but busy periods reveal an understaffed kitchen—occasional long waits, inconsistent dishes and cold plates temper the experience. Prices feel a touch high to some, yet the relaxed, social ambiance and standout items keep patrons returning.

Food was great but small amount, potatoes wedges were literally 4 or 5 total. Host who sat us were friendly and but also appeared to be the waitresses. Hence to take our order, bring our food, drinks, boxes and check took long enough for us to shop at stores near by come back and still wait. Inside dining closed.

Worst experience ever! ZERO customer service! They are closing the kitchen at 3, so orders should be done by 2:45 which is all okay and understandable. They gave us French fries. Some plates had literally 7 fries and the first ones quite more. The last two plates came late but with disgusting oily fries. When I asked the waitress whom from the beginning was so rude, she said ?oh well someone has to eat the ones in bottom what do you want me to do?? ?If you don?t feel like eating it well just don?t? I talked to the manager and she changed it for other type of side order. The waitress was rushing us with an order of 9 people. I understood and it was 2:30 and I said please I have to translate so please be patient and she said ?I give you two minutes and you should be done? she left and another waitress came to take the order. I?ve coming here for many years and this is my first bad experience in this place. The last few times I came I experience some type of rudeness but not as bad as this one. The manager was good and took care of changing my side order and apologized many times.

So so lunch. Definitely need to add additional staff. Not fair to the few that you have to handle as many tables as the bistro has outside. 1 waitress for 15+ tables is not right and doesn?t leave time for proper cleaning during these times. Food was as expected and good but the service was overshadowing the overall lunch experience.

St. Tropez Bistro Beyond feels very much like a typical chain restaurant—the food is visually appealing but ultimately quite average. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the service. The woman at the counter was noticeably unfriendly, despite my simple order of just an éclair and a latte. She mishandled the éclair, crushing the decorative ring by grabbing it clumsily with her entire hand. Throughout the transaction, she repeatedly asked if I had ordered a latte, which was confusing. When my drink finally arrived, it was nothing more than steamed milk, with no coffee at all, and she didn’t seem to notice the error. It’s baffling how such a mistake can be missed. I wouldn’t recommend dining here—it’s simply not worth it. Also, a note to the owner: this review appears to be dated a month ago, but I actually wrote it in January 2020. Just to clarify, this experience was at the Encinitas location. The rest of the menu doesn’t seem much better, based on what I saw.

What a delightful spot! The ambiance is lovely, the food is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. To top it off, the host was incredibly friendly. We came on a weekday, and Mia expertly handled the bistro all on her own. Even with the busyness, she remained upbeat and welcoming, making our visit truly enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and will make sure to call ahead so I can see Mia again!

One of the top places for breakfast and lunch in Encinitas! They offer delicious paninis, quiche, and pancakes. I highly recommend visiting on a lovely day to take advantage of the beautiful patio seating as well.

The breakfast was nearly excellent! The rosemary potatoes and bacon were both delicious. The coffee started off great, but it became diluted with the refills. The inconsistency was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was almost very good! Rosemary Potatoes were so good as well as the bacon. Coffee was great at first serving, then it tastes diluted after on the refills. It's not consistent ????

How QUAINT!!! Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, great value, and as the cherry on top, an extremely delightful hostess. We visited on a weekday, so Mia was running a one woman show, and managed the bistro like a pro. As busy as she stayed, she wasperky and personable with us, and left us with an experience worth returning for. I will definitely be back and will callahead of time to make sure I get to see Mia!!!

I hate to give such a low rating but it the food took such a long time to get and it was cold. I think we waited 30 minutes for a sandwich after we ordered and before they went to check to see what was going on with the order. Then another 15 before we gotour order. The wait staff nice and refilled our drinks during the whole time so it was not like they forgot about us but ratherthe kitchen missed it. Once we did get it the food which was supposed to be hot was cold. I was told the place is usually betterthan this. So I will not rule it out yet.
