I don’t believe this is solely due to this location, as it seems the overall recipe has shifted to include more ice and liquid while reducing the amount of fruit and substantial ingredients. It's really disappointing, and I doubt I’ll be returning to Jamba when there are so many high-quality local shops nearby. On a positive note, the staff at this location were friendly.

I’ll definitely be returning here, and my mom prefers this store over the Carlsbad/Oceanside location as well.

I particularly enjoy their PB Chocolate Love protein drink along with an apple cinnamon pretzel. It's convenient to order online, and my food and drink are always ready for pickup.

I ordered a breakfast item a... read more I've always loved Jamba Juice and their products, but this particular location has been disappointing the last two times I visited. I ordered a breakfast item and asked for hot sauce on the side. The employee immediately said they were out of hot sauce, but then a few seconds later said she'd check in the back. It was frustrating that she claimed they were out without actually checking first. I understand that sometimes inventory runs out—I used to work at a different Jamba location, so I get it. However, when I recently stopped by again and tried to order a cucumber orange cooler juice, I was told they were out of cucumbers. It's really frustrating that both times I couldn't get what I came for. Management needs to do a better job keeping their inventory updated. We never had these issues at the Jamba in Palomar Airport. Looks like I'll have to drive farther just to avoid the inconsistency at this location.

The drinks were... read more Absolutely terrible experience. The teenage staff seemed completely overwhelmed, and I had to get my drink remade twice, yet it was still wrong. The drinks were watery and poorly prepared. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
