I was pleasantly surprised by this coffee cart, located right off I-5 and Encinitas Blvd. I love a strong cup of coffee, and the owner recommended a homemade horchata based coffee with two shots of espresso, and it was delicious! This is an amazing little cart shop right by the freeway in Encinitas that serves some incredible specialty coffee at an affordable price. I went on a Wednesday morning around 11AM with no line. The service was incredible, the coffee was fresh and amazing, and the peppermint mocha was delicious. The barista is very professional and is exemplary at her coffee crafting, really knows her stuff! 5/5 stars! I'll definitely be checking this place out again
