This is potentially the worst Chick-fil-A location in the country. I've experienced some of the slowest service here compared to other Chick-fil-A restaurants. To make matters worse, both times I've visited, they've completely messed up my order. For example, I requested an egg white chicken sandwich, and there was no egg in it at all. I'm truly astonished by how poorly this location operates. The service is below average, and the lines are usually long; unlike other locations that manage to move cars through quickly. It's very disappointing — the general manager should seriously reconsider their staff. I recommend avoiding this place and opting for other locations. Trust me, this one will disappoint you more than unmet expectations during the holidays.

I had high hopes for Chick-fil-A, having not eaten there in several years. However, it felt like just another typical fast food restaurant. The crinkle cut fries were undercooked and lacked seasoning, while the chicken nuggets were quite ordinary. I likely won’t be coming back to try anything else from their menu.

The classic sandwich is available with gluten-free buns, and other menu items can be wrapped in lettuce. Our table was quiet while everyone finished their meals. The waffle fries were delicious, with a variety of dipping sauces to choose from. Although it felt a bit pricey at first, it seemed more reasonable once I learned how much McDonald's meals cost these days. The atmosphere is average—nothing fancy—so I’d rate it three stars. The restaurant is spotless, well-maintained, and the service is outstanding, with staff genuinely eager to provide a great experience.

Honestly, my rating for Chick-fil-A isn't based on the quality of the food—the menu offers delicious options! However, the wait times are often quite long, usually at least 10 minutes during lunch and dinner hours. Even though there are two lines, they often merge into one, causing a slowdown.

This Chick-fil-A frequently serves sour and bland lemonade. After giving them multiple chances, I’ve decided not to order lemonade here anymore. The Escondido and San Marcos locations always have sweet and refreshing lemonade, but this one is usually a letdown. On top of that, they forgot to include the sauces I asked for, so I ended up eating chicken tenders without any sauce, paired with that sour lemonade.
