Blaze Pizza - Encinitas

Bunch of positive young guys in there who really lighten up the vibe! David, Ryder, Lucas and Evin were super helpful in my process to order food for a big family and got me out pretty quick! Definitely going back especially since the food was so good

Fresh pizza with four varieties of crust, numerous sauces, and toppings galore! The Green Stripe was awesome. Their take on Greek Salad inspires. Great selection of beverages to go with your meal. In one word, 'Fresh! ' Will visit again when in Encinitas.

Gluten free, dairy free pizza. For what it was it was pretty good. The girl behind the counter was really nice about my food allergies and made sure to change gloves. They have a separate container of sauce and the “cheese” is in its own container with a lid. You just have to watch them like hawks and I chose toppings furthest away from the front to avoid them having flour particles on them.

My experience coming to blaze is like no other, I work near by so this is my to go to place to eat. They are very fast, efficient, friendly, and great at what they do! I am a very picky eater so when I order my food here they always get it spot on how I like it 10/10 times. This location in particular doesn’t over load my pizza with cheese like some other ones but great experience over all this place is a must for pizza lovers!
