Essència - Empuriabrava

This one of my best restaurants. In fact, there are two restaurants in Empuriabrava, Essencia and Noray. The chief likes to create and when You come, You definitely have something new and You gonna like it. They change the menu every week o so, so You don't get bored and every dinner is different from the other. But as I told the chief knows how to cook and he does it perfect. Deserve a Michelin star. The Priceline is highly affordable and the price/quality is perfect. Frankly speaking I would rise the prices.

Very impactful dishes. The balance of flavors is excellent. Pleasant staff. We have been there several times and nothing to complain about. The only “weak” point is the decor of the room.
