Pizza Hut - Emporia

I really enjoy this restaurant and will keep supporting them, but today was a disappointment. I ordered the Halal beef kabobs platter because I just had oral surgery and knew that would be easy for me to eat—it's also my favorite dish. However, I received chicken instead. While it's just as tasty, I physically couldn't eat it. To be fair, I did receive a substitution email, but honestly, who checks their email when most communication is done via text and app? Lesson learned. My husband tried the Italian sub this time, and it was fantastic. It came with huge portions of quality meats on a nice roll, along with homemade fries.

Every time I've ordered from this restaurant, something has been burnt. If the pizza isn’t overcooked, then it's the garlic knots. This time, they're so burnt that I can't even eat them. I've tried ordering here three times, hoping the first two were just flukes, but it seems burning food is just their standard. It's really frustrating and a waste of money, especially given how expensive the food is and how often it's not even edible.

This is an incredible and fantastic addition to the menu! I did miss the sausage, though... but aside from that, it's great!

Bread was cooked a lil to much but the ingredients inside was good...

We love Vals and today was no different, both entrees were outstanding, and thanks to our driver Joseph it was piping hot. Really appreciated his communication while waiting for our order
